Answers to the most common questions about Axeon products and orders.
All products sold by Axeon Laboratories are intended strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not for human or veterinary therapeutic use.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status in the My Orders section of your account.
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will reship at no cost.
Products are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried) with appropriate cold packs for temperature-sensitive compounds. All products are sealed and labeled per laboratory standards.
Yes. Every batch comes with a third-party Certificate of Analysis including HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry confirmation. You can view all COAs in the COA section.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and select cryptocurrency payments for research orders.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Average ship time from our facility is 48 hours.
